We will answer all email inquiries as soon as possible.

There are no local delivery charges in Nassau.  Should you want items delivered to the remainder of the Family Islands or internationally, our customer service team would contact you in advance to advise you of the approximate deliver times and surcharges.

We do not have a showroom which is open to the public.  Our sales presentation is personable and at your convenience without any sales pressure.  We are also available most weekends, Saturday & Sunday at the Pompey Square, Downtown Nassau Bahamas.  Visit our booth at the Ministry of Tourism Craft Exhibition and say hello.  Should you be interested in viewing our collections privately, please visit our Contact page to drop us a note of inquiry.

Yes of course we do and we love creating truly amazing custom orders for our clients !  Most pieces on the site can be altered for color and/or materials to match your interest, color scheme or boldness.  Select contact from the main menu and send us your inquiry via the online form or by email at info@originsbahamas.com and we will send you a quote for the finished product.

We source the most interesting semiprecious gemstones from our suppliers all over the world.  In our experience, we have built a strong relationship and they absolutely know the standards we demand.  Our products include faceted, smooth, tumbled and rough finishes in gemstones and a fine quality of Freshwater Pearls offering premium size and luster at tremendous pricing.  We also utilize local seashells, local seeds in our Botanical Jewelry, Mother of Pearl Shells, Coconut and so much more.  We believe in keeping our clients satisfied and aim to provide the highest quality standards in raw materials and workmanship.

Presently, we accept Cash on Delivery and Cheque based on approval.  We are in the process of integrating PayPal to our website to accept international and domestic credit card orders.

We offer local same day delivery unless the item is a Custom Order which requires personal adjustments and/or preferred semiprecious gemstone cuts, colors and shapes.
